Salmagundi (noun)
1. A salad of chopped meat, anchovies, eggs, and onions, often arranged in rows on lettuce and served with vinegar and oil.
2. A general mixture; a miscellaneous collection.
The above is the definition of "salmagundi." As you can see, this blog is not a salad. This blog corresponds to definition #2, self-explanatory.
Seize the day! (that's what "carpe diem" means if you didn't already know)
Jaimie Fayt
I'm the type of person who bends down to pick up every penny I find-- and I tend to find one daily. I get busy and frustrated with life just as all do, so I enjoy the little bits of joy each day. I too often find something that's too unique to not tell to someone. That's what this blog is for: salmagundi... randomness about anything. When you want to learn a new factoid, read something thought provoking, or just have a laugh, I'll have something ready for you right here.I'd rather be a "could-be', if I cannot be an "are'; because a "could-be" is a "maybe" who is reaching for a star. I'd rather be a "has-been" than a "might-have-been', by far; for a "might-have-been" has never "been", but a "has" was once an "are'.
